NOTES

Each user can register carried out activities in the Notes page of Sales & Activity module.

There are two Notes types:

• Sales Notes

• Technical Notes

Sales notes are associated to the Commercial Offers, Technical notes are registries created by technicians about started and previously planned orders.

This page allows technicians to organize easily their working agenda, recording self-planned activities or assigned activities by third parties.

This tool allows you to work with different views: calendar or tabular, in order to organize and consult better tasks to be done.
